I’m a certified personal trainer and longevity-focused coach with over a decade of experience helping people build strength, move better, and feel younger — at every age.
My journey started with a simple question: why do most people decline physically as they get older, while some seem to get stronger? That curiosity led me to study exercise science, nutrition, and the latest research on healthy aging — and eventually to build Longevity Training.
I believe fitness isn’t just about looking good. It’s about building a body that works well for life. Whether you’re 25 or 65, the right training program can help you perform at your best, prevent injury, and add years of quality to your life.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me experimenting in the gym, reading the latest longevity research, or hiking with my family.
